At Manini, we are driven by a vision to enhance the overall quality of socio-cultural activities within society through collective strength and unity among women. Our mission is to establish a non-governmental organization (NGO) that brings together like-minded individuals, dedicated to empowering women, children, and marginalized communities without any form of discrimination. With the support of philanthropists, philanthropic organizations, public enterprises, and both state and central governments, as well as international bodies like UNESCO, we strive to elevate the standards of life in all aspects.

Founded in 2014, Manini has consistently made a positive impact through a range of selected activities. We have actively organized various competitions for women and children across different regions of our state. The overwhelming response and support we received for our innovative exploration of Indian cultural heritage was truly inspiring.

At Manini, we have a multitude of exciting initiatives in the pipeline. We are planning to conduct counselling sessions for school-going children who may be experiencing depression or engaging in delinquent behaviour due to social factors. These sessions will be led by a team of experts in psychology, complemented by professionals from the fields of music, dance, and other performing arts, providing a holistic approach to their reformation and well-being.

We are also committed to organizing workshops that equip economically disadvantaged women, both in rural and urban areas, with various skills that enable them to engage in economically viable activities. Our aim is to foster self-reliance and empower women to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families.
